Ceremony & Reception Coordinating

What we do the "day of"

Ceremony

  • Set up unity candle or memorial candles
  • Set up sign in table, guest book & pen
  • Confirm ring possession prior to ceremony
  • Distribute and pin all bridal party flowers
  • Organize family & bridal party for processional
  • Distribute ring pillow and flower baskets
  • Distribute attendant flowers, bouquets and tossing items
  • Coordinate with officiate
  • Review, coordinate & cue music
  • Instruct ushers on family seating & timing
  • Organize items needed for reception

Reception

  • Set out sign in book on sign in table
  • Arrange table numbers or reserved signs
  • Coordinate the vendor activities with florists, cake bakers, DJ & photographer
  • Insure that cake table has cake, knife, server, napkins, toasting glasses, etc.
  • Organize wedding party and DJ for introductions
  • Maintain and coordinate DJ & photographer timelines of reception activities
  • Cake cutting
  • The toast
  • First dance
  • Other dances
  • Garter Toss
  • Bouquet Toss
  • Departure
  • Assist family with special needs
  • Tend to the bride and groom with food and drink
  • Help with personal items at event conclusion such as cake top, cake service pieces, extra favors, photos, bridal portrait, etc.
  • Assist with gift gathering upon conclusion

$650 - 8 hour maximum

NOTE:    Prices of packages may change depending on number of guests, size of bridal party, location of ceremony & reception and additional assistants - as needed.
